Rediscovering My Passion: Starting a Writing and Photography Journey Again
Do you ever feel like you've lost your passion for something that used to mean everything to you? That's how I felt about writing and photography. For years, I had zero inspiration, and the thought of picking up a camera or pen felt overwhelming. But recently, something shifted, and I find myself wanting to start my creative journey again.
It's not about becoming an influencer or making money off my art. It's about sharing what I love with people who I think would appreciate it. Photography and writing have always been therapeutic for me, and I want to reclaim that feeling of joy and creative expression.
As I embark on this journey again, I'm reminded of the reasons why I fell in love with these art forms in the first place. Photography allows me to capture moments that words can't describe, and writing helps me process and articulate my thoughts and feelings.
I want to approach my art with a sense of playfulness and curiosity. To explore different styles, techniques, and subject matters without worrying about the end result. To be present in the moment and see the world with fresh eyes.
It can be intimidating to start something new, especially after a long hiatus. But I'm excited about the possibilities and the prospect of reconnecting with my creativity. And who knows, maybe my work will resonate with someone else and bring them joy, too.
So here's to new beginnings and rediscovering the joy of creative expression. I may not know where this journey will take me, but I'm excited to find out.
