Honoring National Puppy Day When You’ve Lost Your Fur-baby.

Losing a pet can be incredibly difficult, but these pups brought a lot of joy and love into our lives.

In honor of National Puppy Day, I’m going to take a moment to celebrate the lives of my dearly departed Chihuahuas and remember all the wonderful memories I shared with them.

Chihuahuas are known for their spunky, big personalities and tiny size, making them a beloved breed for many dog lovers. Our Chihuahuas were no exception, each with their unique personalities and quirks. Bruiser was particularly feisty and loved to play, while Bryce was more laid-back and enjoyed snuggling up on your lap. Bridget was always the Chihuahua version of Cyndi Lauper; “She’s SO unusual”.

If you’ve ever had a puppy in your live (departed or still wagging their tail each time they see you), there's no doubt that they bring a lot of love and happiness into your life. Remember all the fun times you had together - from walks in the park to lazy days spent cuddling on the couch.

Though my 3ChiMafia may be gone, their memory lives on in my heart, and the love we shared will never fade. On this National Puppy Day, let's take a moment to honor and celebrate the joy that all puppies bring into our lives.
